Quick guide: one on one session
Cultural awareness workshop
Coaching session
In this session we will prepare the employee and their family for a smooth cultural transition. We will discuss the differences between the home country and Belgium as well as the challenges that might occur.
Digital session
Before/after arrival
One-on-one
An intercultural and interactive workshop for colleagues that already have been working in Belgium for a couple of months or years. Scenarios selected by the client can be incorporated and the attendees are encouraged to bring topical questions to the session.
National and international employees

Within 3 years after arrival
Groups between 8-12 people
We offer a follow up coaching session 6 months after arrival. This is an in depth conversation about personal experiences up until that point. This can also include practical support to help them with their integration.
